We do not identify your private communications without permission. CFAT/KML honors the privacy of its users communications. We do reserve the right to republish help requests that may be useful to other users either in our forums or FAQs. We will take every precaution to retain privacy for the user.
We will keep you informed about what we do with your personal information, and we will advise you if we change our policy. A key part of The Knowledge Media Lab's commitment to protecting your privacy is explaining how your information is managed. This privacy policy serves that purpose, and it is accessible through several means within CFAT/KML. We will notify users in the event of changes to our policy.
